Trident Nexus Business Centre L.L.C is a licensed Dubai business centre (Trade Licence No. 1088860, DED-Dubai). We are not affiliated with DED, DLD, RERA or any UAE government entity. We are the registered lessor of our premises at Fahidi Heights, Bur Dubai, and register your Business Centre Ejari directly with the Dubai Land Department as part of your package.
What you pay is what you pay
Your price covers your tenancy contract and your Business Centre Ejari registration, including the full DLD fee of AED 172.50. We don't bill that back to you.
The only additions are 5% VAT and a flat AED 100 for your DET payment voucher — the step that generates your trade licence. Most providers charge several times that.
Your renewal price is fixed for the next two years. Whatever our standard rate becomes, yours doesn't move.
